Shipping

We will ship to any address in the UK or Ireland. All orders have a basic charge of £3.50 for delivery plus a surcharge depending upon weight or value of the goods. We either use Royal mail or courier depending upon the type of goods to be delivered.

We will aim to dispatch your order within 5 working days ( usually a lot quicker than this), if the product you require is in stock. If in the unlikey event a product is out of stock, we will keep you informed of delivery schedules and place that order onto our back ordering system.

If you have an order made up of multiple items, these items may be dispatched at different times, therefore you may receive upto 2 - 3 parcels for the goods. However only one delivery charge will be applied to your order.

We cannot be responsible for postal delays, if you have a deadline, please do let us know and we will try to help.

Next Day Delivery

Orders must be in by 12noon to be eligible for next day delivery. Next day delivery is based on the 'working' day  (Monday - Friday) and all orders placed for next day delivery on a Friday will be sent to our courier and will be received by the recipient on the Monday of the following week. We cannot guarentee a Saturday delivery.

Undelivered Goods

Please make sure that you provide us with the correct delivery address/details. We cannot be held responsible for items lost in the post due to incomplete informaton, Should your order be returned to us as 'undelivered' we will conatct you to rearrange delivery, however this may be subject to an additional charge. Please see our Terms and Conditions for guidance.

Returns

We want you to be delighted with the gifts you buy from us. If you are not happy with our goods, for any reason, please see our Terms and Conditions for guidance. Your statutory rights as a consumer are of course unaffected.

How long do engraved Items take?

We recommend allowing upto 14 working days for all engraved items to be dispatched from our warehouse. Please contact us if the order is urgent as we may be able to speed things along for you, however this may be subject to an additional charge. Any engraved order where the number of characters have exceeded the maximum allowance will be cancelled and you will be notified within 24 hours of placing your order.
